They say it about Tuesday, (Twice "ki Tov") but for "ISRAEL FASHION ART 1948-2008"
it is today, Wednsday, the day on which two good things happened to it.
The first is: Art critic Alice Blitental's report about the book was published today in an additional website, and now the readers of http://www.news1.co.il/ can also read about how "One just can't let go of the book" and the rest of the heart-warming words she had written, some of which were quoted in my yesterday's post.."
The second enjoyable thing is fashion editor Yaara Keydar's article in today's "RATING" magazine. Yaara Keydar describes the book as "gorgeous" and its many images as "amazing". Her article is illustrated with three of the book's photos. One of them, seen here, is an 1984 Ben Lam photo of a Tamara Yovel Jones gown decorated with three picock feathers, and modeled by Ilana Shoshan who was recently chosen by Laisha's readers as The Queen of All Israeli Beauty Queens!
